Just becouse TFT is in USA, unless they will have GM's all over the world, but I don't think so. At least not in the beginning.

The GMs must be very close to their Head Quarters, so yeah, GMs aren't all over the places.

Atlanta = Eastern Standard Time

Eastern Standard Time = Greenwich Mean Time -5
