Is there any customization to the game? Or is it just "Choose a character"?

You can get different equips though.

Yea, different equips change your crap....

There should be items that change your hair, and hair color.

There should be as in, there is but you're not sure? Or there should be as in you want them?

Both probably, Since i never tryed out CB or it is being added in OB i have no idea, sorry.

idk either =/ i only know you can change equips but not sure about the hair sowwie >.<

left the game until my brothers computer is off but still lives on the forums (kinda)

Theres most likely no hair colour change. Why would they make hair dye for Eir who has a set look? For cash shop, I'm pretty sure there is avatar change only + maybe EQs that have stats.
