Seriously, how do all these people get Cold Shining +15 on their items so easily?

What Catalyst/Stones do they actually use for both fortification and light fortification?

All about Secret Catalyst of Dwarven Royal Family and Ultimate Restoration Stone of Dwarven RF.

In normal fortification the success rate is always 50%, if you use these catalysts. If it fails, you just use the restoration stones and repeat.

Light fortification success rate:

90% Success for dimly shine
60% Shining
30% Brightly shining
10% Cold shining

You can get them from daily gift boxes. Catas on wendsday and restoration stones on saturday.

And how do I go about getting the daily gift boxes?

You can buy them from the cash shop. If you just started playing this game, you will have to wait for the free cash. Every second and 4th Thursday you receive 500 l coins.
