I don't think you fully grasp the reasoning for offline play.
Offline is only
good if you lack internet connectivity for extended periods of time.
All that practice means nothing unless you can connect to the servers to put it to use.
If you have internet connectivity
than the offline play is obsolete
and unnecessary, as you can easily practice and train online just as you could offline.
If you were going away for 2 months but wanted to keep up with your game, then and only then would an offline server emulator be of some use.
Otherwise you should just stick to regular online training.
Offline play isn't a trump card to help players master their game, there is no difference between online or offline aside from a latency improvement.
It feels as though you see offline as "better" for people to learn from.
