Default My Battlefield Strategy

Formerly used for iReject's tournament (though it went through a crapload of changes [that were never put on here] due to people not showing up and stuff, it was a basic skeleton of info that I compiled together).

Should help most people.

**Note: We really never did exactly as planned, as that is flipping hard.

I remember telling OS that iReject would win that tournament. I specifically said I wasn't going to join OS's team because I knew their teamwork would not amount to much and since I come from very very very team oriented games like guild wars, I need teamwork in things like this.

I'm glad to see iReject was compiling plans at least a little bit.

actually i set up a similar strategy, just our team kept changing members and practice could not be done
i just didn't have pretty pictures and i told specific ppl what to do.. so the others didn't know what their teammates were doing which was fail

And it only took me a couple weeks in the guild to realize that OS has no more organizational ability than SF. (Which says something-- but I loved SF regardless, so much sappy guild drama)

that and vent makes practicing not required since u can just tell the ppl u covered certain areas.. instead of relying on them to know that ur covering that area

I won't deny that teams/classes weren't ideal for everyone but this thread isn't for that, it's more for those new or unfamiliar to battlefield to learn some things and tips on it.

saw that . which was why i've said battlefield is almost as similar as precise planning. Though not very the truth since it has a huge number of random factors depending on match up and whats not.

I think that's part of the reason they have Dainn's patrolling the green areas in defense in case someone sneaks in through there.

Hm. Can Lime's RRT through the far upper walls? Or is it only the shorter ones near the front? Haven't played Lime in Battlefield in forever so I can't remember.

For defense, it's very nice to have 2 dainns or 2 eirs ice wall/ice barrier the last choke point. Even 1 ice wall (blocking off one half of the doorway) + fdh (the other half) makes it nearly impossible for the other team to pass. With 2 dainns, you can keep up a nice chain of single ice walls.

Yeah, the camping at the chokepoint was a brilliant strategy. We learned from our mistakes and used it against OS.

^ Yep, and that's what we did.

Remember, the attacking team can always use LS and walk through if you didn't block off everything correctly.
