Windmill Cancel
I haves question, because I've seen both of these ways work for WM Canceling.
Just to make it simple, you're facing 6 to start. S >>a space 6649 S >>a space 66339 << just edited from 99 to 9, cuz I failed initially. Does that second way work? Cuz I haven't been able to replicate the way it was done in that nine second video... Edit: My bad for letting the secret out, but it's not much of a secret anyways. Within the first couple days of my learning to windmill I imagined shifting or half dashing after it, but knew that, sadly, I was too slow to do it. |
663399 wouldn't work because Sieg can't cancel his dash in 45/135 degree directions. If you dash 6, you have to cancel with 2/4/8 before facing the direction you want.

Is this where you use normal strings after windmill?

^Pretty much.
It's like shifting right after you windmill so you can continue with normal attacks instead of using a skill like kicking or CC. |
