I'm lvl 57 and I love pvping people who aern't very good in balance. I put my necro fan on and wear just my 7d mutant gloves and 7d best warrior's boots and then go to town on them. I usually just use skills up to their level, I figure it's practice.
It seems mean, and probly is, but it's just so fun, and very good practice. Usually some other high level would come in and then it'd be a real match. Most of the time with me losing.
Also my pvp lvl is 29. 27 of those levels are snowfight. And the only people I feared in snowfight were PlayNskillz and Math.

I find it fun to pvp with pros I MIGHT beat, because then you have a hope and when you really beat them you feel great XD
against pros that are impossible to beat it's still fun but you just sort of lose the spirit =/
