My point is, there is absolutely nothing stopping people from lying about their pvp level. For example, what if I posted:

How can you say whether that is true or not? Normal levels can be checked just by adding the person to your messenger, but pvp levels don't show up to anyone but the person themselves unless you get them on your team in a team pvp. So, the only valid, fraud-less way to put anyone on this list would be to have them join a private pvp room with someone who is completely unaffiliated with them (i.e. not a friend, guildmate, or anyone who even knows the person). Have fun doing all that carp every time someone posts, or sleep well knowing that there are bound to be liars in your list.
Don't get me wrong, I think this is a fine idea. The only problem is that there is no efficient way to make it secure until the game actually starts keeping track of pvp scores.
