hey guys im wondering about ryan the gunner....
can someone tell me if ryan is out in other vers? cause yea uhhh its not in global and i no its coming out soon so....
can someone generously help me by giving me a skill build or translation of the skills? =-)?
and if possible how much g it will cost and if i will needa go bapho spam for another eye >.< grrrr

oh yea i also have 3 points left and imma add to regen skills most likely 1 mp and 2 hp but i dunno

i don't recommend putting more than 1 point into your lvl 60 skill
at max, it does a median damage of:
(293+326)/2=309.5 damage per hit
309.5*8 hits=2476 total damage (assuming all 8 hits land)
it's not good dps over a short time frame nor good dps over a long timeframe, when compared to his other attack skills

the reason you should have at least 1 point in it is because of elf hero's 2 set effect (20 seconds +50% damage when lvl 60 skill is used)
ryan benefits the most from that effect since his lvl 60 skill has a 90 sec cd while others chars have a cd of 150 sec for their lvl 60 skill
not to mention it's pretty easy to pull off since it freezes the enemy
but for dps, i wouldn't recommend it
