For unlock Black Stone hill in episode 3
Requirement: Acquire[ Pedro's Safety] from the square

It's already unlocked......just look on the stages and black stone mine is open.....-_-

Okay heres what you do:

Start at the fountain and walk right -->

Talk to some of the NPCs in the general right area of the square

One of them unlocks the mine.

I don't remember which one.

MyRetribution is right. It's the dude next to Ramont. I think his name is Vermont, I'm not sure though. It's on the right of the Bank.
