Quick list by request. Forgot exactly what you need to do to unlock a raid for a new char, or get a key to play? Here you go.

Yeti Cave [Level 25+]
Unlock: Get the quest from Wanderer Shore in square
Key: bring "A stone imbued with magical properties" [drops from statue mobs in 3-9/10] to Yeti Cave quest NPC

Pumpkin Graveyard [Level 35+]
Unlock: Complete History 4-6
Key: drops from troll mobs in History 4-4/5

Cursed Ghost Village [Level 41+]
Unlock: get the quest from Legend 2-3
Key: bring 2 "Curious Snow Piece" [drops from snowmen in Legend Episode 2] to Legend 2-3 quest NPC

Kanhel's Ruins [Level 45+]
Unlock: Complete Legend 2-9
Key: drops from the Soul Ruler in Legend 2-9

Black Forest [Level 50+]
Unlock: get the quest from Luther Fred in square
Key: drops from mobs in Legend 1-1/2/3

Secret Cobolt Base [Level 50+]
Unlock: Complete either quest series in Legend Cobolt Field
Key: defeat the boss at Legend 3-4

Siren Sea [Level 50+]
Unlock: Complete Legend 4-8 up to the boss
Key: drops from mobs in Legend 4-6/7

Lower Jahillyah [Level 55+]
Unlock: Complete Legend 3-10
Key: bring 3 "Ancient Tombstone Piece of Al Hammura Temple" [drops from mobs in Legend 3-9/10] to Legend 3-9 quest NPC

Tumgalad [Level 56+]
Unlock: get the quest from Luther Fred in square, complete Shadow Valley and Sealed Forest
Key: bring 1 "Black Quartz" [from Shadow Valley] and 1 "Rune Crystal of Ancient Elves" to Sealed Forest quest NPC

Upper Jahillyah [Level 58+]
Unlock: Complete Legend 3-10
Key: bring 8 "Ancient Tombstone Piece of Al Hammura Temple" [drops from mobs in Legend 3-9/10] to Legend 3-9 quest NPC

Le Lua Secret Factory [Level 61+]
Unlock: Complete Legend 5-6
Key: defeat the boss at Legend 5-6

Research Lab Le Chattlie [Level 66+]
Unlock: Defeat Henry at Legend 5-10
Key: Defeat Henry at Legend 5-10

Since the 25 Feb patch, these notes are all on the raid stages in-game, so this list shouldn't be needed anymore. Still, updated with the new Episode 5 Legend raids.

Didn't mention the yeti drop since perma key for extremely common drop is just the smart thing to do. Thanks for mentioning that other mobs in 4-6 drop Siren keys though.

Oh yea pirates from 4-7L also drop them too for seiren raid. You're not going to mention raids for episode 5L yet?

I thought you could talk to one of the NPC in Epi3 to unlock Yeti Cave w/o having to do Plateau. Or did they change it?

It should be noted that the upper level of Jahillyah can be done at 55+. Even though you have to be level 58+ to turn in the stone pieces, if someone gets you the keybox it can be opened at level 55.

Hmm, the other way to unlock Yeti Cave is to do the quest from Wanderer Shore, since he is still in the square but otherwise, I think that's about it.

You can also get Kirin keys from 1-1L and 1-3L. I'm also pretty sure that only Orc mobs drop the keys.

I didn't see a Soul Ruler in 2-9L. Does he rarely come up or something?

He's there every time, right after the hallway of traps where you're running left. You might have to reach that point by a certain time after starting the stage; I vaguely remember some people complaining that if you took too long you'd only get the Soul Hunter, but personally I've never seen it happen.

Well then I must be on the super bad luck side then because everytime I have done through that stage, I have never gotten the Soul Ruler. That's why I had to ask if he was really there.

Hmmm upper and lower jahil.. I'm guessing the Magma Key is lower and Volcano is upper. o.o

Yes, Lower Jahillya keys are named "Jahillyah Magma Land Key", and Upper Jahillya keys are named "Jahillyah Volcano Cave Key".
