I don't know why I can't get it to work. `0` I run on vista, but after I click on the setup_dll.exe it doesn't do anything. `-`

Of course I did. `-` I click on the setup, but it says something about not installed properly and it won't run.

@Onehell2heaven/ that one is not the latest skill simulator.
This one doesn't need internet, so you can use this simulator anywhere.
This one allows you to save the simulator file. So it will make convinient for you guys, because you just have to download other person's file and open it on your skill simulator program. After fixing it, you can save it and upload on the forum again. It is so much convinient than using screenshot. In addition, you don't have to see the screenshot to copy the skill build.
This simulator also has cash options that other skill simulators doesn't have. It currently has all +2 option skills from Korea Cash items. (I don't know about Glunia D

You may need AppLocale to display Korean characters correctly.

Edit: It would be nice to see mana cost, skill effect/damage, and what reagent's bless skills will use. I guess my skill info button doesn't work.

and u dont really need a screenshot, u can just save the coded link and have someone launch it. no file transfer involved.

Hmm, maybe it is comfortable for you guys to have the skill build saved as link, but I prefer saving as a file. It's so much easier to send it to other people... and I don't have to be confused about which one is which D:
