Transferring Guide

Alright, I got my email... now how do I transfer it? (This is if you did not get your account because:

A. Not enough slots
B. Name Taken
C. I got my Foriel Account instead of Soldin Account (i.e. If your account somehow turned into a level 1))

1) Go into http://www.12foottall.com/transfers.php

2) Log in

3) Click on the account which your characters were from. Refer to Figure 1-1 Figure 1-1

4) Click on the Transfer Now button. (Notice how I have 2 XpecialDainns. One is from Foriel, the other one is from Soldin, the Foriel one (level 1) was transfered, I deleted it to make room for a slot and I can transfer the Soldin one, but I need to change the name for it) Refer to Figure 1-1 Figure 1-1


5) Now put in a name, then click on "Transfer Now." Refer to Figure 1-1 Figure 1-1


6) Log out of Lunia, and once you log in, you're done!



Note* It seems that all players with tons of gold in their account are currently not able to transfer.

er so if i wanna transfer my char from foriel i have to pay real cash?

My problem is that I requested my character transfer but the page says I have to pay for her... any clue on what to do in this case?

PS. A friend told me that the problem might be that im using the same User and password in official that used in open beta ...

I doubt thats the problem cuz I used the same username and pass that I used in OB and I dont have that problem. My characters got transfered fine.... although some chars randomly got to my transfer page without me asking for transfer.

The reason why you have to pay is because you failed to transfer before the deadline where they were having transfer requests for free.

You cant do anything about it in this case, unless you buy polks or get someone to buy you polks.

Are you sure you transferred them to the right account?

Yes.

The odd thing about this is. . . we were not allowed to transfer foriel characters in the first place. So i have no idea why they decided to now. . .

what??? no transfer if u had gold?? how much is "tons of gold" i only had 1.4k and i got it all legitly!!

^ well, its probably not a "no transfer if u had gold" =P

they posted that alot of transfers have not been done correctly; since it was not a manual process, many errors probably occured. If you had alot of gold, maybi the transfer program couldnt handle it (unlikely), and they're working on a way to fix it soon.

My main who had 650 gold transferred but my mule that had like, 1.5k+ gold or so (I forget, but it was definately above that number) did not. So I imagine the cut-off is probably around 1k gold. Maybe 4 digits of gold confused the automated transfer system or something.

Maybe they have a cut of point because they don't want huge amount of gold disrupting the economy in Lunia right now.

They said to give them like 3 weeks or so, so they can complete the tranfer entirely.. I personally it'll probably take longer but once its done we'll probably get our skill resets.

yes i am when i log in on My account at 12foot i see the character lists with my chars and
at the chars that i want it says '' completed'' but i dont have em T.T

Skill resets are coming when everyone finishes their character transfer.

dam that sucks like hell... i dont mind if they take away some of my gold if they transfer my char properly.... =(

If you're transferring now, it should be instant.
