there isnt one, or i guess u can just try this one but with less cats than what he mentioned, and more depending on the degree.

The sample size is too small to be making statements like this... we're dealing with random chance here.

To get even a fuzzy answer to the odds of success, you'd need at least 100 samples... each.

100 for each Fort level.

100 for differing amount of Catalysts.

100 for different Degrees.

Note that I mean, test Fort level 4 to 5 with 10 catalysts 100 times. Then test Fort level 4 to 5 with 20 Catalysts 100 times. Then test Fort level 5 to 6 with 10 Catalysts 100 times. Then test Fort level 5 to 6 with 20 Catalysts 100 times.

In other words, you'd have to do 100 tests for every possible configuration that you'd want to attempt.

This would only get a rough answer.... to get something accurate, you'd have to do 1000 tests each.

thnx a lot! i boroke 5/5 items. now i got nothing. i'm having a feeling that the ppl who succeeded are fake. im not following u again. tho one reached +6 but that's just what is. i thing. this guide is unreliable. stick to 3-4 days fortification.

i never said this will work all the time and i never forced u to try it.

allso ur 1000 tests, thats just ur choice, i did muh test and this wat came out.
u can do 10k tests and u still will have a chance for fail.
so thats just gana be a waste of items and time.

allso just did another few items with this and i broke 4d undertaker glove +7 since i wanted to go to +9 so bad lol

and i made 4D Colbolt legs +6 *Wiz*, was just testin for fun, AND it has a POSITIVE grade

so stop whinin if u failed cuz IT HAPPENS.

lol, as he said, this is just his suggestion of what he tried out, so dnt be too hard on him

i tried it on some items, and some worked; some failed... forting is still based mostly on chance.

EDIT: i also believe that this method does not work for much stuff thats over 4D... based on trial and error... MY successes (to +9 at least) were all 2-3D...

so i dnt recommend that you do this method for anything over 4d >o<

13 and 16 are the best numbers i always use after +3 and i got +9 for a few items

This is starting to annoying me. I keep on forgetting to bring enough Catalysts to the Blacksmith when I want to apply this guide. T.T
