It means :
1. You didn't verify
2. You didn't clearly read this guide
3. I don't know. IP-Ban? Illegal Name? You didn't put 03 for phone number? Browser problems?

after i made my acc, i still couldn't log on to Jlunia. some message still appears on my screen but i have no idea what that mean. so i'm gonna gib up T_T. i've made more than 2 acc still same thing happens over and over again. so peace have fun who plays Jlunia
