Nah, it was the JLunia /players/ who didn't allow people to speak English in the squares - not the company itself. (A lot of that was my fault, but hey, I did it just to be safe. >_<)
Though I do find this very odd. In the Chinesegamer signup form, where it asks where you live, you can say "foreigner" and choose a country outside of Taiwan. (It also removes the SSN check.) So I assumed that Chinesegamer didn't mind foreigners. (JNexon signup for JLunia needed an address and phone number from Japan, they wouldn't accept foreign ones.) I'm not sure what happened.
Even if the game still works, I'm not going to get into it, because if they blocked the main website, who knows when the game itself will be blocked.
