It was either Grieber, Lunar, or someone else. But I do recall something about some character voting poll on KLunia, "choose the next character" and it was blacksmith or something

The effect in the second pic could be from Dainn's rb fire rain and in the third one it looks pretty much like one of Gaon's skills.

Back in 12FT there were character files for a character called Ruby. But they only had a silhouette and it looked like the Blacksmith. That's where that thing came from.
