i see the information on ur link
i dont see any 7th or 8th ability that you've mentioned that contain str or dmg in that link

Added requirement highlighting,
all +skill features work
fixed level requirements when adding +skill.

this is most likely final update to the actual program, the rest is just editing the data files,
if you would like to help pm me or post here.

EDIT: i have lied.. i just found i typed 1 and instead of 2 for some parts of the program, so they dont work

This may sound stupid, but I see lot of stuffs like attack++, height++ and such. Would you mind clearing our minds of what those do?

obviously more attack, more height -_-
they're damage jumps for attack
height is launches more

Just tried using your simulator again, and just noticed:

If you change the +SP amount from a rebirth after adding CS skill points, it doesn't recognize the skill points from CS.

Example in my case:

Make bonus SP from rebirths to be +18, add in +14 SP total from CS dyes, then change the bonus SP, and then it doesn't read the +14 and thinks I'm 14 SP over what I have.

on dainn's earth specialization, it doesn't seem to work on adding exp at all, but it does turn the picture on...

cause they're not programmed to work

Don't work. I click it, says "Your download is starting" then the pop up to upgrade to premium account, and nothing happens afterwards.

"Save Link As" or file as doesn't work either.

attack+ = damage "jumps"
height + = adds more height ( i dont really see much more height o.o)
function+ = example tias fog: gets more blind, tias tls: gets backstab
cancel dash = dashcancelable (o rly?)
penetration= goes through targets, piercing
guide+ = target searching, aka homing
missile+ = more missiles (obv ._.) 9 to 11 clones of tias wow
finishing blow = more hits (tias fang is screwd up there, it does 5hits and if you do it in air you do 3hits and knock the enemy down to ground ._.)

So basically attack++ isn't considered in the skill damages themselves?
Or is it already calculated inside?
The height++ was actually quite obvious to me, but the rest sometimes seemed ambiguous.

u'll notice they have a larger jump in dmg

I'm not noticing any, at least not for rb sheet.
Lv4=>Lv5: +109dmg~+120dmg
Lv5=>Lv6 (attack++): +116dmg~+129dmg.

Well actually I checked other skills, attack+/++/+++ sometimes add damages, so either there are some obsolete infos or allm ****ed up and forgot a massive amount of attack boosts they were supposed to add.
Shining needles attack+ isn't doing anything
Bundle Bundle Net attack++ isn't doing anything either
And there are probably more instance where there's nothing worth calling a noticeable damage boost. =.=

dacy's just lame.. they haven't fixed the bugs
u'll notice one of the skills have 1~1 dmg increase for lvling it

Then that explains a lot. I find it also extremely lame that they gave 35% physical passive to all characters but dacy =/
Also there's like only 3-4 prereq for the skills too...
