over time, you grow less scared of stages like example

omg last weekend coc2 run
allea i think this is run where canni took your spot = =

it was FIERCE

we go in room

it was like normal mobs + dark missiles

10 secs after everyone enter.. timer goes on for missile

we were in middile of grouping em all together
and was intense man
as timer goes on.. none of us even flinch
we mob everything together and continue
no moon barriers or hiding
we finish all mobs in 15 secs after that

Poof stairs to next room has appeared!


there done, whole room in 25 seconds
none of us even care that if we missed a single monster half of us would have died from missiles

pretty amazing eh?

There's no doubt that if you pvp , it will enhance your staging skills definitely. But, imo, the more important key to crack harder stage can be found in either board games or games like command and conquer. Theories are about the same, relatively.

I dont pvp 24/7 but I understand the criteria to win in pvp. Unless you believe there's really a secret informer to tell who will win for their match in the betting tourny :l

Staging in lunia is all about memory

nah its about teamwork

in reality

at higher levels there really is no failing stages
al there is, is speed

at that point tiers become very apparent

for instance 5-10L

rank 1 was a lime solo 3 mins
rank 2 was a sieg solo 5:30 mins

way at the bottom is me and my healer friend
7-8 minutes

note all 3 of us have done the stage 100x so im pretty sure weve done as fast as we could have gone

ironic huh. tiers are more noticeable in stage than pvp `-`

flawless pot + lvl 60 trans of course does the most dmg.
but he isn't in the upper tier because he requires the pot

and the lime probably needs a lot of gear and skill to solo effectively

even if i had pot (arien)
i still wouldnt have been able to do 5 mins

i think pots are fair game though

and guild pots too.
flaw should be no different.
for the price of 5g -10g a run you can save alot of time. and mostly get back more money then when you started

note would you rather be a lime and waste 5-10g a run
or be sieg and have runs be 2:30 shorter
dont forget 2:30 x 100 = 230 minutes = nearly 4 hours

p.s.about the gear thing
the lime was slimeykon
the sieg was Eonsin
seeing as how eon's gear way outclasses kon's
theres a lot bigger issue than just gear here

he's basically doing a iron hammer dmg 24/7 with flawless with no cd far from showing he's top tier
that and. my arien does a 6min 5-10L run.. it's only 72 i dunno how u play but it's possible for 4-5mins with 501 str crit.. and flawless, endurance, and crit pots

You can't teach people who are unwilling to learn, and the people with that kind of mindset make up the majority of Lunia (or any mmo game). It'd be nice to find a polite, new person who's willing to learn his/her character inside and out, and is willing to help others if he/she can, but it's not so easy picking out unskilled players in a crowd full of unskilled players who are fine with leeching off of others.

For a lot of guilds, that's way too much trouble, and it takes more patience than most people have. It'd be easier to just recruit polite people who already know what they're doing. But skilled, guildless players are rare, which is why it's such a pain for old, established guilds to find new recruits.

At least... that's how I see it.

yea...
so far i've only met like 2 ppl in stage who either
saw how i dodged lir and figured it out or thought they did or asked me how i dodge the "impossible" to dodge skills

The thing is...they

A.) Don't want to learn
B.) Don't HAVE to learn.

Lunia is so watered down and simple that there's no need to even have a basic mastery of your class. Just spam away.

Way back when, PVP builds actually made a difference if you were to stage. If you were a PVP build, you wouldn't be as useful in stage as your Stage build counterpart. Now there's virtually no difference.

Let's be honest, just because everyone who played in CB/OB knows how to keep someone in the air for a 100+ hit combo by now, means very little in Lunia's (Staging) endgame.
