Best Stages to farm for 3rd/4th D?

im trying to farm flower queen/spiritual items for my healer and was wondering whats the best spot for that?

3D would probably be 3-3 History, and 4D would be...1-3 legend? However, not a lot of farm stages for boxes, nowadays it's either boss-box farming, key farming, or genocides. Anyways correct me if I'm wrong, or if there are any other better spots out there.
