Yes. The channel is a bit too empty. I see at least 50 people online in the forums, so why is there no more than 10 people in the chat?
Maybe the instructions aren't beginner friendly? In that case...
The Gullible Person's Simple Guide to Using IRC (mainly Chatzilla)
First, you need an IRC client. mIRC is one of the biggest, though I have no experience in using it.
Personally, I use Chatzilla. It's a free extension to Firefox that's simple and effective.

If you don't have Firefox, then get it. It does everything IE can do, better.
Now that you have Chatzilla, Go to Tools>Chatzilla. The main window opens. Some important things about it; sorry about the bad Paint quality.
After uploading that I suddenly realize there's 6 people, not 5.
In any case, click the button labeled Chatzilla, in that menu, click Preferences.
In the top left, make sure Global Settings is highlighted. Then, click the startup tab.
Scroll down to the bottom, where it says Auto-connect URLs. Click Add, then type
irc://irc.quakenet.org/#Lunia
Apply, Ok. Close Chatzilla.
Reopen Chatzilla from the Tools tab. It should automatically connect. If you followed these instructions, it WILL work.
No need to ask "Hello?" to test if we can see you. (One of my pet peeves. If there's nothing highlighted in red, it worked.)
