u can get those character around msg and u fb and earn peso end of each season and depend how much u got fp for to u earn for large amount of peso

Dwarf character? If you mean viking, that's around the levels of SFC, which is two chevrons.

Kage ninja is somewhere around 2LT I believe (Icon: single diamond). That's after MSG rank, whose icon is three chevrons. It'll be a while.

I can't give you the exact rank though, since I can't see the level requirements anymore on my character. You can always go to the shop, select the hero you want, and check yourself though.
