The Gathering Storm by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson

The latest and 12th book in the Wheel of Time series is out today, October 27th. Originally the 12th book was supposed to be the last but it turned out to be so big that Tor decided to split it into three parts titled The Gathering Storm, The Towers of Midnight, and A Memory of Light.

Because of a mistake the local bookstore made, I bought The Gathering Storm on Saturday and didn't realize the mistake until I got home. It's amazing so far, despite Robert Jordan's death. Sanderson was a good choice because he's doing a very good job.

I just finished reading it, and I have to agree with you, Sanderson did an amazing job with this book. I bought it yesterday, finished it last night, and started re-reading it this morning. Has instantly become one of my favourite books.
