From looking at it, you got everythign you could possibly ever need :U Transforms and RB sticky jellies, and that's pretty much what you'll be going off of... with both Kungkungi for mob control and combos and all that good stuff. Things that look weird to me are the 1 point in Biki and Shiny shung...
For Biki, you would slow down quite a bit, and whether or not Biki's Space Bar damage will out do Pang Pang's is unknown to me (I am highly doubting it unless very late game or in Myth where 80% is... kind of a lot). In the future, Biki will be nerfed, making it all around inferior to Pang Pang from what I'm guessing. Are you keeping Biki for Pvp?
Shiny shung at 1, i can see some uses. Those uses being mob control and cold damage to throw at cold weak enemies. The 30 second cooldown kinda limits the utility though. If you were just gonna get 1 Shiny Shung, might I suggest getting 1 in the RB one? It has 60 more range, better induction, bigger hit box (i think...) and since it hits many more times, Ice weak enemies will suffer all the more.
Keep in mind I speak from stage perspective because PvP gives me mini aneurysms.
