[Patch/Event] November Fixes + Drop rate increase

This maintenance, we'll be fixing a login issue that has been around since the weekend. As compensation, Drop Rate will increase by 25% for 1 week!

Game
- Fixed an issue which prevented players from logging into the game.
- Drop rate increased by 25% for 1 week.

If you are still experiencing issues logging into the game after maintenance, please send us a DQA.

Maintenance is expected to last until Midnight but may end earlier or later based on patching & testing!
