i just cant seem to do well with shaco. he is so squishy and gets blown up super fast. anyone have tips. i jungle him and build wriggles, black cleaver, phantom dancer and then an ie if the match is still going on. will sometimes try to put a frozen mallet in between some of these if i'm getting completely crushed

I find most success building shaco

wriggles, philo ( can be skipped), hog, trinity (sheen first if ganking, zeal if farming).. then if ap heavy banshee, if ad heavy atma, if you are just dying too easily GA( i actually discourage this item for shaco except very late game, but if you are just dying too easily without doing much, getting this item after trinity works).. so yeah I recommend getting trinity for damage rather than rushing phantom dancer/ie/black cleaver. If you want more damage vs tanky team, bloodrazor. Otherwise, if I want more damage, I get black cleaver, then bloodthirster( sell wriggle usually since I get some defense items mm)

Since shaco scales badly with unfinished items and needs both damage and survivability, i get 1-2 gold items so I can achieve the final build faster.

Shaco is played as an assassin or a bait... so either

1. deceive in there and crit them, fast 2 shiv and hallucinate. then control both clown and yourself( walk into bush without getting hurt much). its kinda hard to explain i guess

or position yourself, wait for teamfight to start, go in and assassinate a loner( one thats not in the middle of all the action.. one that you can attack so that they have to focus another direction if they wanna kill u.

mm what else, shaco is weak 1 v 1 compared to other damage dealers... spam jitbs, i get philo mostly so my mana dont run low while i spam jitbs whereever i go.. practice using jitbs constantly and effectively( so not destroyed by aoe)

thats all i think.
o yeah, blue/wolf route is faster and ganks at lvl 3 as well.. smite wolf, kill wolf camp, do blue, then red( unless all lanes are pushed). Its really fast. Though I havevn't played in a month or so, i remember the high elo shacos players doing the blue route( doing wolf camp first)..

why: its faster ( way fastering jungling in the long run).. can get red right as you lvl to 3..red stays longer for the ganks( unless you want to gank pre 3)..mm thats all i think. i think i already typed that.

edit: o yeah, shaco solos dragon easily after 6.
oracles or pink ward dragon.. just beware so you dont die while killing wardddd

remember that while 2shiv is a nuke, it is also a passive slow on his auto attacks

a noob mistake is to open up with crit then shiv, which allows them to escape. in sustained fights, just auto attack to keep them in range, but you can use Shiv initially to burst down low targets before they can flash

but i hear the reason some peopel dont get a tri is beacuse u can see the proc on the real you when you use ur ulti

but thats the same as buffs, so does that mean u never gonna fight when u have baron cuz ppl can see u? XD

Well I'm a pro LoL player beast ap or ad shaco either one is op.

I'll teach u my COUNTER JUNGLE SHACO

well basically you get magic pen runes, mana regin runes, and other runes choose what u want prefer FLAT HP OR MS for purple quints
GET EXHAUST IGNITE
Basically u get dorans ring get jack in the box first

go to the enemys wraiths go to the bush between liz and wraiths spam as much jack in the boxs as u can and wait there when the enemy comes exhaust and ignite jitb will first blood just wait till they finish blue golem and come through that route. then ur get golem and he will be scared to go in jungle again put jitb somewhere else in jungle and repeat

you forgot to mention that any average minded guy has flash as a secondary spell, only some may prefer ghosts.. lvl 20 guys who just learned how to jungle are so hard to beat

Well I vs junglers with flash lemme tell u this when they come they usually die since they got dmg by golem and jitb FEARS YOU even if they get out there SUPER LOW HP and u still have exhaust and ignite so he'll die if u chase since u got MS runes and there slowed to death

LOL if you think u need smite to jungle then ur crazy. You can keep putting jitb forcing them to not jungle so there be under leveled and u can just steal or buy 2 wards 1 at golem 1 at liz just kill him when hes low or when liz about to die

Why can't you gank? huh normal shack gets -insert summoner spell- -smite- usually ignite or exhaust but YOU GET BOTH so ganks are easy q e w exhaust ignite or whatever u want and they die

Yeah smite will help u win team fights apparently if u get latern and madred bloodrazor you can kill monsters fast with ur ultimate. ohhh wowww wooo
