Vayne, The Night Hunter
Night Hunter (Passive): Vayne ruthlessly hunts evil-doers. She gains bonus Movement Speed when moving toward nearby enemy champions.
Tumble: Vayne tumbles, maneuvering to carefully place her next shot. She rolls toward the cursor and her next attack deals bonus damage.
Silver Bolts: Vayne tips her bolts with a rare metal, toxic to evil things. The third consecutive attack or ability against the same target deals a percentage of the target's maximum Health as bonus true damage. (Max damage vs. Monsters is capped)
Condemn: Vayne draws a heavy crossbow from her back, and fires a huge bolt at her target, dealing damage and knocking them back. If they collide with terrain, they are impaled, dealing bonus damage and stunning them.
Final Hour (Ultimate): Readying herself for an epic confrontation, Vayne gains increased Attack Damage, stealth during Tumble, and quadruple the bonus Movement Speed from Night Hunter.

  • Annie's run animation has been updated

  • Granite Shield recharge rate reduced to 10 seconds from 12 seconds

Master Yi
  • Alpha Strike teleporting behavior improved to be more consistent when near walls

  • Attack range increased to 425 from 400
  • Attack missile speed increased to 1200 from 1100

Nocturne
  • Duskbringer damage reduced to 60/105/150/195/240 from 60/110/160/210/260
Paranoia
  • Damage reduced to 150/250/350 from 150/300/450
  • Fixed a bug where Paranoia caused a hitch the first time it was used

Nunu
  • Fixed a bug where Absolute Zero being cancelled immediately could deal more damage than intended

Pantheon
  • Fixed a bug where casting Aegis of Zeonia from max range would sometimes fail to stun or damage the target (unrelated to terrain)

Rumble
  • Fixed a bug where the Flamespitter particle was lasting longer than intended
  • Fixed a bug where the Electro Harpoon particle traveled further than the actual projectile
  • Rumble's pathing size has been reduced

Shen
Ki Strike
  • Bonus damage now scales off 8% of Shen's bonus health instead of 3.5% of his maximum health
  • Base damage reduced to 10 from 15
  • Vorpal Blade damage reduced to 50/90/130/170/210 from 50/95/140/185/230

Sona
  • Sona will no longer automatically acquire attack targets when Power Chord is charged

Trundle
  • Fixed a bug where the particle for Pillar of Filth could queue up in the fog of war

Twisted Fate
  • Twisted Fate will no longer automatically attack targets when Pick a Card is locked

Zilean
  • Fixed a bug where Time Bomb didn't show its damage type in death recap

Items
New Stat: Tenacity
Tenacity reduces the duration of stuns, slows, taunts, fears, snares, sleeps, silences, blinds and immobilizes by 1% per point. Multiple Tenacity effects do not stack, but Tenacity does stack multiplicatively with other disable reductions (for example Irelia's Ionian Fervor).
  • New Item: Cloak and Dagger

+20% Critical Strike Chance
+25 Tenacity
  • New Item: Moonflair Spellblade
+50 Ability Power

  • New Item: Eleisa's Miracle

Wit's End
  • No longer burns mana but still deals 42 magic damage on each hit
  • New Passive: attacks increase your magic resist by 5 for 5 seconds (stacks 4 times)
  • Combine cost reduced to 550 from 700

General
  • Turrets will now correctly respond to calls for help when an allied champion who is Taunted, Feared, or Stealthed is attacked
  • Baron Nashor now ignores debuffs if you are too far away to engage him. Notably this will prevent Heimerdinger from stacking the armor and magic resist reduction debuff from his turrets
  • Added a gray version of the charging/cooldown icon for the following spells/passives/items: Pantheon's Aegis Protection, Kennen's Electrical Surge, Kassadin's Force Pulse, LeBlanc's Mirror Image, Annie's Pyromania, Anvia's Rebirth, Twisted Fate's Stacked Deck, Nunu's Visionary, and Guardian Angel
  • Fixed a bug where the Strength of Spirit mastery didn't include mana gained from buffs (for example Ryze's bonus mana from Desperate Power, Tear of the Goddess)
  • Teleport cancel delay increase to 1 second from 0.5
  • Fixed a bug that was causing the line missile targeting display to be offset on the following spells: Renekton's Slice and Dice, Kog'Maw's Void Ooze, Shen's Shadow Dash, Corki's Valkyrie and Missile Barrage, Morgana's Dark Binding, and Gragas's Body Slam

my ap singed is just too op, dont get into my poison.

really like the lee sin buff, even if wasnt really that necessary as i got used to his energy consume

No.. Philosopher stone is gotten on almost every character( except solos)

TF is a must pick or ban

AP Alistar is really op right now.. One of the best laners/roamers... Doesnt need items to tank.. and if he is farmed.. he deals so much dmg while still being able to tank.....

Singed.. urm, he is just annoying. I play him alot, but I hate his concept overall of just farm farm farm.. same with teemo ~.~

buff maokai! rammus and shen are better tanks being 3k... maokai is awesome just it doesn't justifies 6k...

he isnt that strong, unless your team is just overconfident and greedy, same as with shen

beats me... i dont really know who can get outfarmed by a singed, or killed during early

Honestly, if you're losing to someone that started with dorans or going for p.stone in lane. I can't say you're too good. Most of the times you will have the upper hand in harass and damage trades.

TF is good in an organized team but really, his strength is just from split pushing... nothing another team that is just as organized can't defend from.

As for AP alistar.. really? He has insanely large cooldowns and the cost for his skills are not small either. I don't really see a problem here. If he is farmed, just like any other hero, he will beat you down.

Singed is annoying yes. But he's not OP.

Summary: None of the things you mentioned really needs a nerf.
I could cry Eve nerf juse because I hate her and how she forces teams to buy alot more vision wards or play alot safer except I know that it's just my personal preference about playing against eves and how I think they're annoying.

Your argument is flawed depending on the skill bracket you are playing in and just flawed in general.

TF's PaC's first card isn't random. So he is basically a stun bot with large dps and global for those who have mastered him..Farming is especially important on every carry.. so being able to separate from team, and thus farm while still being able to choose where you want to be when team fights start give tf a major advantage. Also, wards can prevent ganks by most junglers, but cant prevent them from tf or nocturne.

Lets say Sion is balanced, but Alistar is way better than Sion.
He has 4 skills scaling off ap, Headbutt and pulverize being 1:1( both of them being disables and pulverize AOE disable). Alistar doesn't need farm to be a tank or be useful. Sion, however, does need lots of farm to be efficient. and falls off largely late game compared to AP Alistar. For those who say Sion's stun is ranged, Alistar has similar range with headbutt pulverize combo. Also, Alistar's laning phase is just so and perhaps too strong...

Boots is a must ... yes.. but do we really want philosopher stones to be almost a must?
Its actually a really strong first item on characters like Irelia/Jarvan/etc.

Pulverize is 0.8 AP ratio

Also for Seim, you say philo is bad because you have an upper hand in damage and harass trades, uh no.

You trade hits with someone with a philo stone they heal you don't. You lost the trade.
The whole point of philo stone is farming and lane presence.

If someone has an item that regens their HP and MP and you trade attacks with them. They will regen that HP and MP back and you barley will. Making them win the "trading of hits".

You stab someone.
That person stabs you.
They go to the hospital.
You dont.
They recover.
You dont.

Its not my opinion. It is just logic.

I used Philosopher's Stone before it was cool.

I used to be like, the only one(in my bracket) to get it before Heart of Gold and Wriggle's Lantern was nerfed, now so many people use it.



Philosopher's Stone was just as good as HoG and Wriggle's before they got nerfed, now Philo Stone beats them easily.

Philosopher's Stone is specially good because it can be built into Shurelya's Reverie, which is a great item on ANYONE.

It's HILARIOUS when your whole team has Reverie. You guys should really try it out.

Philosopher's stone gives you free hp and mp regen early game, which gives you great farming and laning presence. Late-game, turn it into a Shurelia's Reverie, or sell it to get your money back.


Imo, Philosopher's Stone is overpowered, and has been overpowered for a long time, and people are just realizing how good it is now.
