Brand, The Burning Vengeance
Blaze (Passive): Brand's spells light his targets ablaze, dealing 2% of their maximum Health in magic damage per second for 4 seconds.
Sear: Brand launches a ball of fire forward that deals magic damage. If the target is ablaze, the target will be stunned for 2 seconds.
Pillar of Flame: After a short delay, Brand creates a pillar of flame at a target area, dealing magic damage to enemy units with the area. Units that are ablaze take an additional 25% damage.
Conflagration: Brand conjures a powerful blast at his target, dealing magic damage to them. If the target is ablaze, the conflagration spreads to nearby enemies.
Pyroclasm (Ultimate): Brand unleashes a devastating torrent of fire, dealing damage each time it bounces. If a target is ablaze, Pyroclasm's missile speed increases.

Fixed a bug where Red Card would sometimes fail to damage targets that were moving away from you
Fixed a bug where Pick a Card's locked particle wouldn't show to enemies after leaving brush
Fixed a bug where Red and Gold card damage did not match the tooltip
Pick a Card now deals entirely magic damage, rather than normal physical damage plus bonus magic damage
Blue Card now restores mana equal to 50% of the damage dealt
Updated the 'Lock Card' tooltip with more detailed damage information
Destiny
Fixed a bug where Destiny would show allies it was always ready to cast, even if it wasn't
Fixed a bug where Gate's channel could be dispelled by Cleanse or Quicksilver Sash, teleporting him immediately
Fixed a bug where Destiny's duration was not being properly reflected in the tooltip (6/8/10 seconds)
Destiny now shows a buff so Twisted Fate knows how long he has to teleport
Tango Twisted Fate skin run animation has been fixed to look more natural

Nerf Alistar before Singed

Nerf Jarvan before Xin

Alistar is seriously messed up if you have a strong 1 v 2er >.<

That was hardly a Noct. nerf. Woo, 5 less AD! You'll still probably be dead faster than you can actually see his AD change in a pubstomp anyways.

And the Wriggle's Lantern, lol. I never noticed the 500 damage proc'ing enough to heal me fast enough. It's not like that changing to magic damage will stop life steal players from "filling up" in-between fights.

If u see back before this patch, a noct with wriggles can heal about 114-210 hp if his wriggle proc hits + aoe passive...good idea to balance out the lifesteal on it though.

i kept abusing wriggles on olaf and other jungles to heal in teamfights by just poking their creeps (olaf is like instant full after 3secs)

its a fun way too stay alife, i lasted like 1min vs a shen hunting me and i just kept killing his minions while he Q spammed and taunted me (sunfire aswell so) the entire time, running away would have killed me for sure with 150hp

As of late it's been this way. It probably doesn't help that it was down for some time as well on Saturday and Sunday too.

i think i forgot to mention, malphite and ryze has been downgraded in their price... malp is now 1350 and ryze 450.... goddamned, malphites everywhere

Played a game against the new "nerfed" Renek. Hardly a nerf at all. If that's what they're gonna do to tanky-DPS, time to migrate to HoN. Granted, it was a little hard to tell since it was a fabulous tanky team we were playing against, but still that's hardly a nerf.

I talked to the Renek about it and he was all "he heals less now omfg!!" and I'm just like,
"onos your early game isn't as amazing anymore! too bad you'll still snowball like a mofo."
