Except Minuss doesn't know what he's talking about.

It was suggested to remove Flash half a year ago, but that didn't go through too well. But it's becoming a huge problem for high-ELO players and all. So they're just going to turn it into a 1,550 gold boot active.

Probably not. But rally is getting a buff! 8D

Removing flash will probably cause the early game to be even more defensive rather than the intended outcome. But let's see what happens.

If they add observer mode in the same patch I wont care if they change flash to boots

well it could go either way, people would be willing to go for kills more often but still, i'd rather farm than risk anything.

Most of the characters I get flash on use it for positioning and distance closing, with flash removed I'll be ganking a lot less. Only on Sona, Janna and Zilean have I ever used flash solely for defensive purposes.

As said before, cleanse + ghost + flash boots is going to make an INCREDIBLY passive early-midgame and it might turn into what DotA was like where people would just farm for 40+ minutes.

Probably not imo. USA Meta-game is really team fight/ganking oriented. Plus most high elo matches are around 20 minutes - 25 minutes.
