Default Patch a Character!

Well I was thinking of ways to buff/fix characters to make them better in general. I was thinking everyone else probably had lots of ideas to make characters better.

Master Yi
-Meditate now gives a timed armor/mres buff that stays when cancelled.

Rammus
-Tremors ranged increased
-Powerball now gives more speed when used.

Alistar
-Headbutt cooldown reduced by 3 seconds
-Pulverize cooldown reduced by 2 seconds
-Pulverize now does damage based on higher value between armor and magic resist
-Passive now gives him equal damage reduction against towers

Nasus
-Wither's full slow is now applied when CC reduction is present.

Urgot
-Terror Capacitor slow removed.
-Noxian Corrosive charge now applies 20/25/30/35/40% slow for 4 seconds.
-Terror Capacitor now applies a 2 second fear (500 range) when broken
-Using Hyper Kinetic Position Reverser automatically breaks Terror Capacitor after 1 second.
-Hyper Kinetic Position Reverser range increased to 700/800/900 from 700/775/850
-Hyper Kinetic Position Reverser armor/magic resistance increased to 100/150/200 from 80/105/130
-Acid Hunter cooldown increased by 1 second at all levels
-Acid Hunter now procs on-hit effects
-Acid Hunter does reduced damage the farther enemies are from Urgot



Not the best changes and probably broken/biased but I think that everyone wants to make changes to characters.

Increase the cooldown on his Requiem by 150 sec, or just give him an entirely less of an easy kill ultimate.

TF, increase base range to 550 = viable dps.

Requiem is easy to counter with like a BV or something

movementspeed increased to 315 from 300

Frostshot slow amount reduced to 10/15/20/25/30 from 15/20/25/30/35
Frostshot now deals additonally damage (stacks on volley) 2/4/6/8/10

Volley Cooldown rescaled to 9/7/6/5/4 from 20/16/12/8/4
Volley Damage rescaled to 0/20/40/60/80 from 40/50/60/70/80
Volley Manacost rescaled to 20/30/40/50/60

Hawkshot changed
Passive: increases Ashe's critchance by 1/2/3/4/5%
Active: reveals everything it passes through for 3secs, reduced to 200range of sight, at the end of its travel it scouts a 500range circle applies Frostshot
cooldown reduced to 60/50/40/30/20
the total range doesnt change

Focus now doesnt loose its effect if ashe doesnt crit

this is to make ashe more useful in early, her hawkshot should have another use than pure farming + sometimes a mapscout
