(Passive) Organic Deconstruction

Vel'koz's spells build Organic Deconstruction stacks on enemies. The third spell hit consumes the stacks and deals bonus 35 -205 true damage. ( based on level )
(Q) Plasma Fission

Vel'koz shoots a plasma bolt that deals 80/120/160/200/240(+.6 ) Magic Damage and applies a slow of 70/70/70/70/70% that decays over 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 second(s).
Upon reactivation or upon hitting an enemy, the bolt splits at a 90 degree angle.
(W) Void Rift
19/18/17/16/15 sec per Charge (Max 2)
Vel'koz opens a rift to the void that deals 30/50/70/90/110 (+.25 AP)Magic Damage. After a delay, it deals an additional 45/75/105/135/165 (+.38 AP)Magic Damage. Both hits add a stack of Organic Deconstruction.
(E) Tectonic Disruption
16/15/14/13/12 sec Cooldown
Vel'koz disrupts a nearby area which, after a delay, deals 70/100/130/160/190 (+.5 AP) Magic Damage and knocks up enemies hit for .75 seconds.Any enemies hit that are close to Vel'koz will be pushed slightly in the direction the ability was cast.
( R ) Life Form Disintegration Ray
130/110/90 sec Cooldown
Vel'koz channels a ray of energy that follows the cursor for 2.5 seconds, dealing Magic Damage up to a total of 500/700/900(+.6 AP), and slows enemies hit by 20% for 1 second. Adds a stack of Organic Deconstruction every 0.5 seconds. Can be cancelled by recasting
Lore Vel'Koz's lore is currently missing on the PBE.

New Kassadin VFX
Kassadin has a new set of VFX up on the PBE! These are different from the set we saw last PBE cycle.

Team Builder updates
Team Builder has a fancy new splash on the game mode selection screen!
As mentioned in this post, several new Team Builder sound clips were also added in this build. I missed the window for team builder testing today, but I'll record an updated video next time it comes around.
New Game Invites System - Now on the PBE!
Here's RiotBrokenSword with info on the new game invites system that's up for testing on the PBE:
I wanted to let you all know that we’re about to turn on our newly rebuilt Game Invitations on the PBE, and we would love to hear your feedback.
There are several new additions to the Invitations system, but I want to take a second to explain why we focused effort and time on this project.
In our effort to build toward a more reliable, predictable, and consistent experience in the LoL client, we had to make several major system changes, first starting with our rearchitecting of the Champion Trades system, followed by a rearchitecting of the Game Invitations system. Both systems previously lived in the Chat system, which worked for a while, but didn’t scale well. It created a bug-prone experience, and limited our ability to build and add new features. So, we removed the operations from Chat, and put them into our Platform, where Invites are now allowed to be more more intelligent about where you are and what you can or cannot do, enabling us to introduce functionality that we’ve wanted to give you all for a long time. Here is the new behavior you can expect to see while creating and inviting friends to games:
The ability to be invited to and accept game invitations while already in a lobby
Lobby owners can select teammate to be the Game Owner and “Draft Captain” in charge of bans & 1st pick
Improved Invitee and Lobby Statuses
Accepted - Lobby Full
Accepted - Quit
Joined - Quit
4. Invitations to games no longer available will now read “The invitation from <Summoner> has expired.”
5. Grant invite privileges in Custom Games
6. Chat Lobbies will remain in-tact if someone leaves Champ Select
7 .Ability to send and receive game invites if Chat goes down

Flame Chompers ( E ) mana cost increased to 70 at all ranks from 50.
Flame Chompers ( E ) range reduced to 850 from 900
Super Mega Death Rocket! ( R ) low end damage lowered to 50/70/90 ( +.2 bonus AD ) from 125/175/225 ( +.5 bonus AD ). The high end damage remainds the same at 250/350/450 (+1.0 bonus AD )
[Context] : The tentative rework we saw testing last PBE cycle is back - the changes focus around forcing Kassadin into melee range for his full damage combo rather than being able to poke from a safe distance )
Base Movement speed increased to 350 from 340
Null Sphere ( Q ) damage lowered to 80/100/120/140/160 ( +.5 AP) from 80/115/150/185/220 ( +.7 AP)
Netherblade ( W ) reworked. The ability now reads:
Passive : Kassadin's basic attacks draw energy from the void dealing 15 ( + .1 AP ) bonus magic damage.
Active: Kassadin charges his Nether Blade, causing his next basica attack to deal 40/65/90/115/140 (+.5 AP ) bonus magic damage and restore 6/7/8/9/10% of his missing mana. Mana restore triples against champions.
Force Pulse ( E ) damage lowered to 80/105/130/155/180 ( +.5 AP ) from 80/130/180/230/280 (+.7 AP )
Riftwalk ( R ) subsequent Riftwalk damage lowered to 20/40/60 from 50/55/60
Riftwalk ( R ) no longer refunds 50% of mana cost when hitting an enemy champion.
Riftwalk ( R ) subsequent Riftwalk timer increased to 12 seconds from 8 seconds.
Taste Their Fear ( Q ) bonus AD ratio lowered to 1.3 from 1.5 AD
