Info from a Rito Employee.

All of Annie's skins are updated, including Red Riding Annie and Annie in Wonderland.
Relaunch team is aware of Sivir, Sion, Yi, etc. and they are on schedule for visual upgrades.
New Annie is the same size as the old Annie.
She'll be keeping her current voice actress for her new set of voiceovers.

I kinda just wanna play as Tibbers like omg I love him.
Needs a new role reversal skin where you play as Tibbers and you summon an Annie.

Xin Zhao and Jarvan's new skins look like guys from Dynasty Warriors.. Cute.
Annie skins look so much better overall. I don't know which to choose. ;__; Loving that Prom Queen, Reverse, and Frostfire.

That's kind of the intention. Jarvan is based on Lu Bu and Xin Zhao is based on Zhao Yun from what I understand.

Figured. Lu Bu and Zhao Yun were my favorite characters in that game too.

Panda Annie?
A new "Panda Annie" skin is mentioned in the game files. While she has a few sound effects and such, she has no model or anything just yet. This is one of those tentative things so don't get too attached.

NOTE:For the love of teemo I repeat, This is tentative information! Just because it's in the game files doesn't neccessairly mean it's coming out soon or at all. The J4/Xin skins were in there for months and the iBlitzcrank skin is still in there as well.

Return of the Gifting Center
Redditor Pabro uncovered some evidence that the Gifting Center will return for the Lunar Revel. Check out his video of the new animation that plays when you receive a gift.

I was wondering why S@20 hadn't posted anything yet, but yes Panda Annie is real~

Just played a match as her, though honestly I like her new original model best. The fire is more cartoonish on the Panda skin... Though Tibbers does freaking carry around active fireworks on his back LOL.

And that recall animation omg. I love it. I wish that was her normal recall on all the skins :( Her "normal" recall animation isn't really that great imo...
