Her Righteous Fury gives her a sweet laser sword. Here is a video preview of the extensive set of this skin's new animations, particles, voice over, and more.



This amount of effort and new effects is normally indicative of the Legendary, or 1820 RP, price point. Not confirmed; just a good guess!


Balance Changes
Note: These changes are relative to the last set of PBE changes.

Champions:
Annie
  • Molten Shield's ( E ) duration decreased to 5 seconds from 6 seconds

Corki
  • Gatling Gun's ( E ) mana cost reduced to 60/65/70/75/80 from 60/70/80/90/100.

Evelynn
  • Hate Spike's ( Q ) AP and AD ratio increased to .45 AP and .45 AD from .40 AP and .40 AP ( This is now back to what it is on live servers )
  • Agony's Embrace ( R ) cooldown increased to 160/120/80 from 120/90/60.
  • Agony's Embrace ( R ) changed to % of Current health from % of Max Health

Katarina
  • Sinister Steel's ( W ) bonus movement speed reduced to 15/20/25/30/35 from 12/20/28/36/44%
  • Base Movement speed reduced to 345 from 350.


Morgana
  • Soul Shackles ( R ) duration reduced to 1.5 at all ranks from 1.75

Ryze
  • Overload's ( Q ) maximum mana coefficient increased to 6.5% from 5.5%

  • Rune Prison's ( W ) maximum mana coefficient reduced to 4.5% from 5%


Thresh
  • Lantern Toss's ally shield duration reduced to 4 seconds from 6 seconds.
  • The Box ( R ) damage increased to 250/400/550 from 250/400/450.
  • Keeper of Souls ( Passive ) no longer grants bonus Magic Resist. ( This is currently only in the tool tip and he STILL gets MR from souls. Not sure what is intended )
Items:

Banner of Command
  • Bonus AP reduced to 40 from 50.
  • Now Grants 10% cooldown reduction
Banshee's Veil
  • Cost increased to 2610 from 2500
  • Health increased to 400 from 300

Last Whisper
  • Cost decreased to 2300 from 2400

Liandry's Torment
  • AP reduced to 60 to 70.
  • Health increased to 300 from 200.
Twin Shadows
  • AP reduced to 40 from 50
  • Magic Resist increased to 40 from 30
  • Movement speed increased to 6% from 5%

Will of the Ancients
  • Total cost increased to 2115 from 2065
  • Now builds out of a Kage's Lucky Pick and a Hextech Revolver instead of a Hextech Revolver and an Blasting Wand.

auto attack animation seems kinda weird, but other then that it looks like a really nice skin.

I think her voice is better, but I don't like the skin compared to Judgment Kayle.
well, not like it matters, I don't play Kayle, but still...

Not sure I understand any of Annie's recent changes at all. I don't know if it's backlogged/re-appropriating tasks or what, they just seem random.

Banner of Command's new CDR looks cool, might shoot for it for mana-independent, tanky pushing AP more often now.
Liking the Liandry change as well. The champions that really like this item didn't really go for the AP, more of the health.
WotA change is nice and gives more room for its niche pick up.

People will probably be mad about these changes though. Less AP and more other things? "Riot hates AP!" I'm sure, lol.

Thresh's release skin
The name for this one isn't specificed but obviously it is nautical themed.
Aether Wing Kayle
FYI: Aether Wing Kayle was made available for testing before tonight's patch. Have at it! Thresh's Ability Icons and New Names
Thresh finally received his own set of ability icons.
Along with this three of his abilities have had their names changed: Shackle ( Q ) is now "Death Sentence", Lantern Toss ( W ) is now "Dark Passage", and Sweep ( E ) is now "Flay"


Master Yi new Portrait
Master Yi's champion portrait has been adjusted to be much more zoomed out, presumably to include more of his fantastic braided beared.

New Profile Medal
There seems to be a strange new profile medal. Not sure what exactly it's intended for but it's currently showing up on people who have played ranked games on the PBE. None of the other ranked medals have been changed.

Balance Changes
Note: These changes are relative to the last set of PBE changes. To try to avoid confusion, I've listed the current live server value in parenthesis if the ability was changed in a previous PBE patch.

Champions:
Evelynn
  • Agony's Embrace cooldown changed to 150/120/90 from 160/120/80 ( current live server value is 120/90/60 ).
  • Agony's Embrace range lowered to 650 from 800
Thresh **
** = Thresh is currently disabled on the PBE. He got some changes, which are visible in the game files, but I haven't been able to actually load in game to verify. Will update when things clear up.

Items:
Crystalline Flask*
  • Cost increased to 345 from 225
  • Health restored changed to 120 over 12 seconds from 100 over 10 seconds.
  • Mana Restored changed to 60 over 12 seconds from 40 over 10 seconds.

* = This data comes from one of the game files but the tool tips have not been updated and the "new" cost is not acting right. It's a strange situation because you CAN NOT buy the flask, in game, for less than 345 BUT when you do buy it it only subtracts 225 gold from your total. The PBE is a strange place.

Jarvan EQ bug fix
CertainlyT reported some good news for those who have fallen victim to the bug that prevents Jarvan's Q from properly pulling him to a Demacian Standard when the two are rapidly casted together.
"I just fixed the EQ combo not firing. Should be in the next patch. Demacia!"
and to elaborate on the bug...
"If you cast Q really quickly after E it could sometimes cast prior to the standard being created (due to tiny update delays in our system), resulting in no dash. After next patch, the game will just check to see if a standard would be created at the spot you Q'd in the next fraction of a second and, if so, give you the dash."
Thresh's pasive no longer grants bonus MR
If you noticed in last night's PBE update, the tool tip for Thresh's passive reads that he no longer gained MR from absorbing souls. CertainlyT confirms that this is intended and gave his reasoning behind it
"Good question -- We have indeed changed Thresh's passive to not give MR. In our view, he's closer to a ranged champion with the ability to opportunistically close to melee than a melee character with some ranged poke. We toyed with the idea of giving him the 0.75 MR per level that might be more appropriate, but instead just left extra power in his abilities -- you can buy a Null Magic Mantle; you can't buy the ability to drag an out of position AD carry to his grisly demise. Same power, more fun."
Thresh's souls to have a higher drop rate on Dominion
While Thesh's soul absorbing passive is interesting, several Dominon players are concerned about the drop rate of his souls and if they will be able to make significant use of his passive. Good for them CertainlyT confirmed souls will drop more frequently on the Crystal Scar!
"Souls will have a higher drop rate in Dominion. That should be onto PBE in a couple of days."

It takes no skill at all, to win against your enemy laner just because you traded, waited a multiple of 10 secs, then trade again and win solely because you have more hp/mp at the time, and your sustain will never run out as long as you go back once in a while.

I almost never play solo top role, but I go for flash+pots+wards and I end up winning the lane easily just because I have infinite amounts of sustain just by standing there.

Enemy laner goes aggressive? Who cares, just use your pots/flask and watch the enemy laner lose solely to creep harass.

The flask is even helpful during mid-game poke fests/team fights, sure it's not as strong as Soraka sustain but it gives you an extra 300 HP and 240 MP to keep you going.

Thresh's release skin has been updated. Most of the changes involve more shadows and the removal of a glowing string around his chain.






Balance Stuff

  • Hate Spike ( Q ) mana cost increased to 16/22/28/34/40 from 14/18/22/26/30
Thresh
  • Tooltip for The Box ( R ) changed to include "An enemy cannot be afflicted by multiple walls."
  • Thresh's Passive has been renamed to Damnation from Keeper of Souls. This only shows in game atm.

Thresh can move out of his wall, use his Q and E to force them into another wall. Honestly, it kills a lot of potential from that ult. Now it's just a one-shot.

Oh right, I forgot about that.
Pretty sure it would be too broken if you could do that though, it already has very high base values, a 1.0 AP ratio and he gains a lot of free AP from his passive. Obviously subject to change.

I agree they should've kept it though, for the fun factor.
