ggFTW's first LoL player event.

I've been thinking about organizing an event for League of Legends players that originate from ggFTW, so here it is!

Time it will take place:

The event will take place in 2 weekends (because it's the period when most people have time to play) and will comprise in every participant trying to play their best over 2 days whilst only using Attack Damage or Ability Power champions.

Rules:

- normal games only - ranked/custom/dominion/co-op are not allowed

- every participant will send me through a pm 5 screenshots with the battle stats after the game and 5 more with the match history showing on the right the battle stats for those 5 games

- you must use only champions that are AD or AP during the two days if you participate (no AP submissions during the AD weekend, you can play anything for your own fun though)

- there will be an AD weekend and an AP weekend, i will flip a coin to choose which will be first and announce it on Thursday

- players are not allowed to play multiple games with the same champion (example: if you play olaf once you'll have to play 2 more games with 2 different champions before you can play with olaf again)

- support/tank champions count for only 1 game (1 for support, another 1 for tanks) but their points are calculated differently from bruisers/carries/fighters/assassins/anything i forgot

- games must last more than 25 minutes to count

- the screenshots must not be cropped in any way possible

- every participant has the right to ban a champion from this event (example: I BAN TRYNDAMERE, HE OP, KILL EAZY)

- banned champions do not count, no matter their score

- the server you play on does not matter

Point Calculator:

For most champions:

- deaths < kills < assists = 1 point per kill

- deaths = kills > assists = 0.25 points per kill

- deaths < kills > assists = 0.5 points per kill

For Tanks:

- deaths > kills < assists = 0.75 points per assist

- deaths < kills > assists = 0.50 points per assist

- deaths < kills < assists = 0.75 points per assist

For Supports:

- (deaths < 5, kills < 3) < assists = 0.75 points per assist

- (deaths > 5, kills < 3) < assists = 0.50 points per assist

- (deaths > 5, kills > 3) < assists = 0.50 points per assist

Registration:

- anyone can register by this formatting

Quote:

Forum name - in-game name - favorite champion + skin for that champion, and optionally a champion to ban from the event.

Prizes:

- there will be a grand prize and 2 runner up prizes.

If there are enough participants (at least 5) we can start the event this weekend.

This is interesting, but I'm not so sure I'll be participating since I'm pretty busy for the next 2 weeks.

You could put me on the maybe-participating list if you want.

I'd totally join if it made more sense...

Question is...which server.

My mouse broke, so I have to wait for the new one to come in. Otherwise I'd be completely up for it. I mean, why not?

wait so how does this work? get a team of 5 people against 5 others?

You play normal solo queue games and provide screenshots with your stats and match history of that game.
