New Color Palettes Available for Colorblind Players!

Summoners!

We are pleased to announce that the first phase of our new Colorblind Mode will become available in the upcoming patch. This new mode will allow players who are affected by deuteranopia (red-green colorblindness) to better distinguish between friendly and enemy health bars and spell effects during gameplay.

To give you a better idea of what an improvement this will be for the gameplay experience of these players, check out the below screenshots for a peek at what the game looks like for red-green colorblind players before and after the switch to Colorblind Mode.

Like all features for League of Legends, we will continue to support our colorblind modes as the game continues to evolve, so don’t be surprised if you see additional options become available in future patches!

This is awesome. Won't affect me personally, but Riot is starting to seem like the best gaming company I've ever been with. Ijji and Nexon would probably never do something to accommodate for their players with these types of problems.

Play colorblind mode just because the colors are more appealing.
