New stuff about bard

Okay I googled "latale bard guide" and mine is first. I feel kind of bad, since it's been outdated for a loooong time. So I'll try to update it and put skill builds and whatever.

So what has changed? What should i add/fix? I also need minstrel stuff.

Honestly? The only thing that changed is grinding places. Skills are still the same, except Evil Sound's BF went from 2 to 3 (a year ago). When a bard becomes a minstrel, their evil sound attacks 17 times instead of 15 with 10 seconds, meaning it's slightly faster. (Add new buffs here)

All you really need to do is add all the new buffs.
