9 points in 3% crit rate arent' worthy at all, at that level, also your damage will be lower, even if crit, cause you're skipping accuracy and base damage (the first two masteries), about magic evade, it isn't that useful early (i'm 60 and other than in evil lair there aren't mobs that uses magic till now)

3% Crit Rate is actually really good. However, KouNeeSama is right that the Masteries are definitely more important. Evasion is more important than Magic Evasion. HOWEVER, that does not mean you need Evasion.

I like the idea of trying to get Heal, Damage, and Crit. It just doesn't seem logical.
