Engineer wiki

Since engineer is now in latale, we need to add them into the wiki! :O

I started to add the skills and all but I gotta go sleep :x if someone can halp me... :3

Oh also... I made 2 mistakes before having the good upload for the first mastery icon... so there's 2 upload unused atm and I dunno how to delete them :x.
