I'm trying to add a few notes for the skills through a rough translation and editing some skill values. Some notes still better than nothing at all.

However, I cannot seem to get the database opened anywhere. My computer, nor many available for use can access it.

Refresh nor Ctrl+Refresh is working.

The error is that the network link was interrupted while trying to establish a connection and that the connection was reset while the page was loading.
