[OGPlanet] Valkyrie Blades or Colliseum Orion Dual Blades?

Right now I'm level 90, but I won a Valkyrie Weapon Coupon from Ladeck. Right now I'm wondering which blades are better.

I currently have and using:
Lv. 100 Colliseum Orion Dual Blades
204 Dura
Enhanced:
Max Physical Damage Lv.10 +30%
Physical Accuracy Lv. 4 +6%
Min Physical Damage Lv. 2 (forgot what %)

I do intend to use them until whenever I can switch weapons and I have enough ely/power stones to make it work and continue upgrading anyways, HOWEVER... as stated before I obtained a valk coupon via La Deck on the 27th of March. I noticed that there's a rarity and price spike in these blades and I was wondering if they're better than the Colliseum blades I'm using.

It really depends if you're willing to blow up upgrade your Valkyrie Blades.

A +4 only provides you with base Min 240 ~ Max 260, 5% Physical Min Damage, and 2% TDD. With the Coli Blade, you'll be able to upgrade it (if enough dura) for higher base Min/Max, Physical Min Damage, and the added bonus.

The 2% TDD can easily be made up with Coli Glasses (using level 50 and than 150 when you can).

Argh, I'm wondering if I should get the valk blades since they're pretty exclusive and look nice.

My Colli blade's dura is up there currently at 202 from the original ~24x (Enhanced 5 times). I ended up with this though.

I'm assuming I should stick with my current Colli blades pretty much for the rest of my game play (unless I get a better advanced Colli but that's at level 150).

You can always exchange it from HD to receive the FX effect for looks.

I'm wondering. Did you use normal puzzles or super puzzles? :x
Eventually you'll want to use super puzzles because they provide a better enchantment range and take 5~10 dura unlike the original 10~15 (normal).

Will others see it? I don't know. I kind of want to use the actual valk blades without upgrading them myself. If I can find people who'd be willing to sell a +7 for a coupon and a nice sum of ely... Wonders..

I used super puzzles for everything. The average took about 8 dura per enhance. I don't know where to get normal puzzles and I have a giant hoard of super 1-5 and super 6-10 (50+ each) so I'm set on enhancing.

Should I continue enhancing my blade? It looks pretty good as it is right now with that max damage +30%. I think the min damage is +6%. Basically 3 max power and 2 min power as of now on my blade. Default options gave me lv.7 Max power and lv.4 Physical acc.

Yes others will see it as long as you equip the blades and are using it.

In terms of finding a player to exchange a coupon + ely for a +7 is going to be hard.
Reason? Only the person that won the coupon from LaDeck may exchange it for a +4 (180 dura with 2 opts). If they traded, they would have to start out with +0 with random dura (100~200). You would also have to upgrade it to +7, which has a chance of destroying the weapon and possibly wasting supers.


Kind of confused about your statement for the enchantment. Do you mind stating the level of the enchant, if it's min or max damage, and the % value? If you enchanted Max Damage starting with level 1 Super Puzzle, the 30% is on the low end.

I'd say your current coli orion blades are perfect for the long run with that max damage enchants.... so really not seeing much of a reason to switch to valk blades, unless you are hell of rich to upgrade them; since well it takes like 1.5mil to attempt regardless if it succeeds or not. Also, upgrade success chance on valkyrie weapons are fixed (like 95, 85, 70, 60....I forget how it goes again),but it success rate goes down after every upgrade regardless of durability. In my opinion, I'd say sell the coupon off for a decent profit ,and keep using your coli blades. You'd probably need all the ely you could get to reach 3rd class, since I hear becoming strider is a pain.....

So, apparently lady luck seriously loves me and I know have:

1) +7 2 opt. Valkyrie Blades 180 Dura.
2) +9 no opt. Valkyrie Blades 175 Dura.

With this said should I focus on upgrading my +9 Valkyrie Blades instead of now focusing on my Colli blades?

Also my Colliseum Blades are now:
Max Physical Damage Lv. 10 +30%
Physical Accuracy Lv. 4 +6%
Min Physical damage Lv.10 +39%.

What kind of DURA should I be looking forward to getting on the Coliseum Orion Blades? Also I should aim for a Physical Accuracy and one of the Physical Damage for the blue options right?

You want as high Dura as possible. Mainly because you should be gunning for max, min, and then accuracy. Personally, I think max/min is more useful than accuracy.

Here's my formula for determining if a wep is good to bother with or not. Take the number of min/max supers needed, multiply by 7.5, then add 110. If the number is less than you're current dura, you might not be able to 10/10 and upgrade. You want somewhere around 110-120 dura after enchanting for upgrading. Less than that gets risky.

That's pretty horrible. You want to aim for decent opts with 230 dura (out of 250 dura).
Anything below that and you might not be able to super Min/Max to level 10 and upgrade to +8 (when you reach that level).

Anyway the enchant levels play a large role in the effectiveness of the weapons also not only the dura.

Anyway I have the Magic LV9 and Fire Resistance on these pair of Coli Orion Blades... should I try it again to aim for higher?

I'm out of Wolf Tears and I have only 1.5mil on me at the moment.

enchant levels mean the level of the enchants on the item

so it would be lvl 9 and w/e lvl the fire res is as the enchant level

those blades would make it to dual lvl 10 enchants, even if you get max dura each time. so it would prolly have upgrade room unless youre extremely unlucky. if the fire res is high enough (lvl 8-10) you can shoot for min/max/acc

The Fire Resistance is like LV3 t0 4. I can't remember...

The Magic one is LV9 but I don't know if Max should go on that one, maybe Min if I'm lucky.
