Launcher Issue

I haven't played LaTale (LT) for some time and I return to find this new launcher will not only refuse to let me play, but refuses to even load properly. I've never been one to check forums, but I'm completely stumped at the stupidity of this new launcher. The launcher says LT is installed. Only problem is that I can't see anything else on the launcher. The screen where the advertisements and the "Game Start" button are supposed to be is completely blank. I've also attached a picture of what I'm talking about. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

I've been at this on and off for over a day now. My internet connection is solid. I've reinstalled LT and downloaded the launcher off the site several times. I've turned off my firewalls. I've switched my internet browser from IE to Firefox to Google Chrome. I've updated Direct X and my Flash Player. I have Vista Home Ed., but I've used this to play LT before with no problems so I don't understand why it's not working now @_@

You can try posting a HijackThis log so we can see if you have any malware, but that looks more like a simple failing of OGP's launcher itself, which you would have to take up with their helpdesk.
