My drop rate, although sort of good? Typically happens when I'm not looking for it.

My LaTale Career
1x Goblin Urn - Hunting King Goblin Urns at the time. A random goblin got in the way. Whoohoo...
2x BlackBear Urns - I was just party grinding with friends. They let me keep them. Lol.
1x Mining Level 2 - Partying in Crystal Mines. Again, people these days did not understand "splitting the profit" and just cursed their luck (it was on order gathering).
2x Lamia Urns - Waiting on people to fight Sphinx, me and another person found two of these at two different times.
?x Tengu Urns - There was a time when we did Tengu runs after Tengu runs after Tengu runs for all sorts of people. We picked up a bunch of these and split the profit between me and the earth mage that were fighting.

Best Drop:
2nd Rabana killed for her quest - Drops Rabana Mantle. Fun times. Mining Level 2 wasn't worth that much when I found it, so this takes first.

There are those who have really amazing drops though or do ridiculously well on even a few LaDeck Darts.
