Over there, all monsters that drop urns also have a chance of dropping the respective equip crafted out of the urns. Not sure if it applies to stuff other than weapons though.

This is actually the way it's supposed to be, and the way it is on every server other than ours. Monsters will drop both the urn AND the item itself.

Over here at OGP, if an urn exists, it will not drop the actual item.
