On grinding

Quick question before I leave for school -

I've looked around in guide sections looking at grind areas and all that, but I noticed that a lot (if not all) of them haven't been updated in a while.

So far, my friend and I, both level 44, have enjoyed just duo-partying the beginner coliseum and it's been pretty decent XP for the both of us. It's also a bonus that all the monsters are packed up neatly into one little area.
I'm planning on the both of us using XP potions constantly too to get us more XP.

My question is - Is this an okay way to grind or is it inefficient? If so, where should we grind to make the best of our XP pots? Should we still follow the leveling guides here?

Note that we're likely going to be spending most or all our time grinding with just a party of two people.

coli farming isn't a bad thing, it'll help set you up with gear faster, but for pure leveling speed hit spooky 30/60/90 and toad valley/mtn/cave, those spots will last you until well into your 100s
