Okay so, My friend has a level 14 alt and is determined to get a blue wolf card to succeed. After blowing through around 20 (not even exaggerating) None of them worked. Is there a percent chance based on level difference/rarity or something? Also on that note any more information regarding cards will be helpful, Thanks.

all the cards should have a set success percentage, with higher level monsters and bosses having lower success rates. so blue wolf cards shouldnt have a terribly low fail rate, your friend just might be unlucky as hell lol also please note that latales RNG (random number generator) sucks balls and lies to you have the time

blue wolf (and most urn-droppers) is a special card with an above-average fail rate, I think it's about an 11% chance

so yeah, the RNG is screwing your friend over, but it happens sometimes
