Where to get? because Ive seen many in auction but i would like to find my own. Since like, No one is selling them. kthx

they drop from lvl 120+ monsters me thinks. i cant remember the exact lvl but they drop from mobs and bosses

if you go to hameha area and just kill there for a while you will get one

I think all mobs classified as 120+ (non-instance, jiendia only) drop them. Aquarium, scrap valley exit, asgard... all those places.
