Guild Crystals can be bought for 25 Astros through the astro shop or dropped rarely by monsters.

Q: How to change guild emblems?
A: Go into Guild Room and speak to the NPC Shubur. Guild Room can be accessed from the NPC Nan in Elias Palace (Only Guild Leader is allowed to change emblem)
