yea, and people's gaming experience effects what they think is a slow or fast grind
if you've been playing a pserver, you're probably gonna think it's slow
if you've played endgame in another game, it probably won't seem that slow

Getting to level 200 is supposed to be a challenge =P. Increased rates is only a way to take the challenge away.

Endgame =/= beginning of game.

We haven't even touched the surface of LaTale and people are already diving into the 0.01% per kill grinding.

If you compare the rate of killing, 40s in x1 LaTale is comparable to the mid 100s in MS.

What they should do is toughen up the monsters but make them give lots of EXP. That's challenging.

I like the idiots who argue that there's quests. Sure you can quest to 35 or maybe even 40, but after that there's shit all for rewards and quests plus it takes forever to do them. Not to mention you will go poor REALLY fast if you try to invest in anything other than general upkeep/potions with the 1X drop rates. The cash sink is the least of the problems though.

I've gotten to level 82 in MS before and at level 51 this feels like level 70+ grind. The speed of the kills here compared to ohko in MS just makes the .06/kill I get laughable. I understand its supposed to take time, but coming from the 6th ranked in trickster that grinded CB this is just ridiculous. I too wanted a casual game for a change, so maybe their answer will be selling 5X experience items in cash shop.

Funny, even with 1x rates and constantly whoring Invoke/Hyunmu (with a party) for equips, I'm not losing money at all. When I train solo, I use zero potions, period.
