I hate typing tl;dr's, but I was curious about this.
the top player in ogpLT ranks' exp as of now: 2,262,498,847,331
raw amount of exp needed to reach level 198: 1,067,131,444,817
raw amount of exp needed to reach level 199: 3,305,653,550,273
raw amount of exp needed to reach level 200: 33,835,609,433,457
(raw amount = total amount of exp from level 1 added up)
I'm a little unsure if the chart is kLT based (which ogpLT uses) or not, but I lost the comparison charts from mistletainn blog, so I had to rely on the wiki's.
maybe you can ask xavier himself what % he is at to confirm it, but basically you're looking at having to grind a level 198 character 2 more times to reach level 199.
but since not everyone is level 198, I'll set the bar lower so you can get the general idea. the raw amount of exp for level 195 (the level that everyone usually stops at) is 759,186,604,913. so imagine having to grind from level 1-195 44.5 times in order to go from level 1-200 ^______________^
