Default Helpdesk tickets not getting answered

Am I the only one? Apparently not, but I'd like to know how wide the scope of this problem is.

I have two tickets that have been sitting there for over 24 hours and still untouched. Not even the usual automated bullshit.

I sent them a ticket about not being able to log on the OGP site, they sent this back to me in under 5 minutes e

Well, I think anyone can answer the easier stuff. So it would make sense if more complicated tickets needed to be reviewed by someone other than the normal GM/helper/etc.

My last two tickets took 3 days and 9 days. The 3 day one they lied to me, and the 9 day one they were totally unhelpful (but the issue had been fixed in the meantime, probably not because of my ticket, but just because someone semi-competent noticed it was broken).

But in my experience in the past, it takes about a week for tickets that take any kind of effort to reply to.
